PAYMENT AND PRICES

MUKU accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express OR DIRECT PAYMENTS,  also PAYPAL. You will receive the order confirmation via e-mail after you place the order.
Orders to countries outside the EU membership zone may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. MUKU ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU membership zone and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

PRIVACY POLICY

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 5-7 business days from head office in Vilnius, Lithuania. Delivery is made by Lithuanian post (www.post.lt).

Local post office service 

We offer a delivery in 5-7 working days for European countries and 1-3 weeks for the rest of the world depending on delivery destination.

All goods will be sent to the address you provide with shipping address form. We are not liable for damages or losses due to shipping.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We hope you will love your muku order, but in case something is not right or damaged, you can exchange (change colour, size, style) or return (money back) the items. It can be made within 14 days after reception of the goods. 

If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us.

Please note that unfortunately we can't offer returns or exchange for SALE items outside of EU membership zone. 

The item must be returned to us in unused, perfect condition with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to MUKU. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customers expense. We are not responsible for the handling and import charges when Items are returned from outside of EU membership zone. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 2 weeks of the return of the product, to the original method of payments.

Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
